We are looking for an Enterprise Architect to join our growing IT team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-wide technology solutions to propel Caliber Collision forward. You will work closely with business stakeholders across all departments to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements. You will also collaborate with a team of talented IT professionals to ensure successful project execution. Job Duties and Responsibilities: General Define project requirements, scope, and business objectives, keeping projects within time, budget, and collaborating effectively with project managers and stakeholders. Present complex technical solutions to varying audience types (Executives, IT Leadership, End Users). Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration across all IT teams. Champion best practices in methodology, tools, and approach for project work and enterprise solutions. Extremely comfortable in D365 or M365, and Power Platform configuration, setup, add-ons, and functionality. Advanced knowledge of at least 5 of the following applications or technologies: Sales Customer Service Project Operations Field Service Project Service Automation Power Apps Power Automate Customer Insights Customer Voice Integrations Architecture (to systems outside of D365) An understanding of products in Azure Ecosystem to aid with integration of Power Platform systems and solutions. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and meet current and future business needs of Caliber Collision. Design and architect enterprise-level technology solutions. Manage and prioritize project backlogs, delegating tasks to team members. Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and recommend their application within Caliber Collision. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Lead technical discussions and presentations. Be accountable for project deliverables and the success of the IT team. Enterprise Architecture Deep understanding of core enterprise systems and technologies (ERP, CRM, Business Intelligence, Cloud Infrastructure). Experience designing and implementing complex enterprise-scale solutions. Expertise in data integration and management across disparate systems. Strong understanding of security best practices for enterprise deployments. Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming languages like C# and Python. Experience with front-end frameworks like React and/or Angular with a deep knowledge of TypeScript. Experience and Qualifications: General Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or Senior IT Consultant (5 years). Strong understanding of IT project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). Ability to learn complex technologies and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Experience leading and mentoring IT teams. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Enterprise Architecture Experience working with large and complex enterprise deployments in a similar industry (automotive, retail, etc.) is a plus. Proven track record of delivering successful IT projects on time and within budget. Experience with IT infrastructure management and automation tools.
